A series of one to one conversations scheduled in person, phone or webchat. Work with an accredited Coach who has also forged a successful career swimming against the tide, making new rules for old games and respectfully dismantling and replacing outdated organisational paradigms. The purpose of this service is to promote resilience and confidence by providing individuals with the opportunity to test ideas, problem solve, weigh up options and talk through strategy and tactics.

Recontracting combines the features of 4

different disciplines within one accelerated process. 

Recontracting occurs in 3 or 4 structured coaching conversations, incorporating a number of role assessment, planning, and career-planning activities

Supported by individuated change and resilience tools, Recontracting delivers actionable outputs, in a compressed timeframe

Take the opportunity to fully participate in workshops and meetings by engaging an experienced facilitator to help design and guide the conversation. 

Engage a collaborative partner for advice on strategic planning and projects.
