I'm an experienced business leader, coach, and corporate strategist but that's pretty much where the stereotype begins and ends. Beneath the conventional role titles, I'm curious about people and all the stuff that happens when they work together.    

In my consulting world, I'm at my best when I'm part of a team. I get inspired when I believe that the future we've imagined is better than where we are now and justifies the pain involved in getting there. Ironically, this is also the place where I discover the smallest version of me. Self-doubt lives here fear visits often. I learn a lot about myself during my working day. I think strangely that's why I keep finding myself in this type of work.  

It was my own experience of learning how to adapt and thrive in these types of roles that led me to begin studying and practicing as a coach in 2012.

I work with leaders and teams, providing coaching and facilitation specifically for people dealing with major change and disruption.
